Here is Ben Stanziale’s latest video featuring George Ryan. This is the “sequel” to George & Ben’s first collaboration a couple years ago, “3 Minutes of Gaps”. With Mountain Creek being George’s local mountain, he knows a thing or two that most don’t when it comes to secret lines around the bike park. Check the video!!!!

Hope you are all having a great summer so far. Mine started slow but is starting to ramp up. I wanted to give you all a recap on what I’ve been up to so far.
I’ve only done a few races so far, but they have been fun and I’ve been pretty happy with my results. My first race of the year was the Pro GRT at Mountain Creek. My home race on a new bike and I was amped. I qualified in 4th spot, which surprised a few people including myself. In the finals, I bettered my quali time, but ended up the weekend in 7th out of almost 60 racers. Great start to my race season. I had to skip a couple events, as I had relapse of Lyme Disease, which put me on the sidelines for a bit. I was back in time for the Gravity East series race, again at Creek. Still feeling some effects from being sick, I was able to pull off a 4th place, getting a spot on the podium. And finally, this past weekend was the Pro GRT race at Windham in New York. Rain during the week made the course extremely muddy all weekend long. I wasn’t too happy with my qualifying run, but bested that time by 10 seconds in the finals, ended up in 11th for the weekend. I know I was on pace with the top guys, but major arm pump in my race run forced me to shut it down a little bit so I didn’t wreck myself. Overall I’m pleased with the way the racing season has started out.
Probably the most fun thing that I’ve done so far this summer was last week when I got the opportunity to ride for a Ford web video. It was a last second thing that popped up, so we didn’t have much planned, but in the end we came up with an awesome video. It is a promotional piece for the new Ford Fiesta ST car, and I got to “race” against it down the trails at Mountain Creek Bike Park. The video is being promoted on the Fiesta’s website so it has potential to reach a ton of people. Check it out – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-5_QrYCHB20
That’s all for now. Check out the Ford Fiesta video again, as well as some recent pictures from the races.

Ride hard, die free,
Recently, I had the opportunity to take part in a video shoot with some guys from Ford. They were shooting a web video promoting the new Ford Fiesta ST. It was a last minute call that I got, but we ended up with an awesome video. Check it out for yourself!
